Take 5 Oil Change

"I had never been to a Take 5 Oil Change before, but I will certainly be going back! I went to go get my oil changed and filter replaced here after seeing their amazing reviews! They certainly lived up to the well deserved praise! Upon arrival I was offered water and guided into the bay! There was zero wait time. The young man got straight to work while the young lady gathered my information! The young lady explained everything that was going on, and she double checked everything from the type and amount of oil to use, down to the tightness and placement of the parts and pieces under the car after service. There was no haggling or crazy up charges, the price was exactly what I expected based off of what I was told and read from the menu. In addition, I loved that their service suggestions are not one sided to make you choose more things to fix. Any additional maintenance that could be handled during this visit was brought up but I was assured that it was up to me and what I thought was best. The young lady gave me all the information I needed to make a decision, I was told the GOOD, the bad, and the ugly! I left there feeling confident my car was working like it should be!"

"Tried this place out for the first time, for an oil change. There were 7-8 workers and my car was the only customer getting anything done. It was Quick but I don't think the dude taking my info knew the different oil types. He suggested I buy something different than I usually do. I'm on the fence about this place."

"The guys up there are great, they greeted me with a bottle of water and made me feel very welcomed. Once I pulled my car inside the building one of the guy men guilded me through the recommendations of my car and allowed me to pick the services I would like performed without making me feel like I had to get anything. I had such a great experience and will definitely be coming back to get not just one of my cars oil changed but all of them. Thank you guys again"

"When I pulled up I was offered a bottle of water. I got to stay in my car the whole service. During the service the Manager, I believe his name was Josh, made sure to let me know about all of the Recommendations for my car. Along with pulling out my air filter, checked all three of my wipers for me and made sure that all of my fluids were topped off. The staff was awesome. I will definitely be returning for my future oil changes."
