"Excellent company. Had a furnace installed in 2021 and they did an excellent job! Last month, on the night before the big storm hit, my furnace stopped working. I called Heatwave and they sent someone out within the hour. I was so thankful because it was starting to get nasty out, but Anna, our service technician, made it and fixed our issue in under 45 minutes. She was so professional and explained the issues to us.
