"Had check engine light taken care of for inspection. Light went off but now goes on and off when it didn’t before. Taken back to shop and all they did was a smoke test to make sure no leaks after solenoid was fixed. Light came back on again!!!"
"I came in with badly grinding breaks was greeted at the counter by a lady that couldn't have been sweeter or more helpful. She took me right away and had my car sent back to the technicians. She didn't want me to have to wait and offered me a ride home, with me having a heart condition she wouldn't allow me to walk the relatively short distance home and personally made sure I was driven to my house. I waited for her call which came in a relatively short time and she said my car was all set and ready to go at a very reasonable price causing me great relief. An employee picked me up at home and took me to back to a car which now had rock solid breaks. Over all I couldn't be happier to have my car back with perfectly working breaks all within just a a matter of hours. So for anyone looking to deal with an extremely friendly automotive repair shop and highly competent repair technicians I would highly recommend Mr. Tire, I know I'm glad I did!"
"I've gone here for years without issue. The last two visits lead me to believe they will close soon. Made and appointment for an oil change only to get there and they don't have any oil but it should be delivered this week, I went else where and got in an out without and appointment. Scheduled an appointment for an inspection to give them a second chance, get there only to be told there are 7 cars ahead of me somehow with only two people in the waiting room and it would be 2 hours to get to me. Why have appointments and give them your contact information, if you you can't honor the appointments or have the decency to inform your clients that you cannot run a business effectively."
