"The parts department gives no assistance for online inquiry nor did they seem to care that I was charged without any sort of tracking number or work order confirmation for the parts that I did order. An aire of "not my job". I wouldn't trust them."

"Their service department doesn't seem to schedule, just walk-in. Sold me transmission diagnostic, that I didn't need due to already knowing the issue so that I could "possibly" get defective transmission resolved. That was never resolved. Latest was a reply to my survey and follow up was promised by Wednesday of last week on Monday. That never occurred. Must be more bad news and they can't deal with delivering it."
