"Had my Kia serviced here after theft with damage. Many delays, poor communication and unfixed damage. Told vehicle was completed but after paying deductible and seeing car with representative multiple obvious damages were unfixed. Only took vehicle because I had to turn vehicle in to get deal I had made for new car that had to be completed that day. Cost me more because of unfixed damage. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND CARSTAR TO ANYONE"
