"These guys are great. I took my Yukon in for a noise, Justin and his team diagnosed the issue (pinion bearing on my axle) and worked with me to get the repair done as cheaply and efficiently as possible. Once the repair was complete I had a small leak from a new seal, Justin took care of it immediately at no cost to me. I’ve also had these guys do a fuel pump for me on the same vehicle. I’m an automotive engineer, it takes a lot to earn my trust, these guys have earned it multiple times over. Great team. Great shop. Great owners."

"As always - they are honest, trustworthy, and fantastic. I cannot say enough good things about this place. A local VW dealer told me my brakes were shot on a lease with only 26,000 miles. I knew better than to go ahead and just replace them with the dealer. I took it to Amherst Auto as always because I trust them. They were HONEST and instead of just telling me "yeah you need brakes," they told me to come pickup the vehicle as the brakes still have 50% life. This saved me a ton of money because I am at the end of my lease anyways. Thank you."
