"Can't say enough about Dwayne and the boys at the shop!!! They got me in and taken care of expedicuously!!; and were both courteous and understanding!! Dwayne keeps you posted and returns calls. That's hard to do as this garage is BUSY!! Very good at multi-tasking. Never made me feel inferior to the industry or the know. (Explained the techy stuff without making one feel 'dumb'. I would highly recommend. GREAT JOB guys!!! And THANK YOU!!!"

"My Chevy Malibu refused to start we took it to the aamco on Sheridan drive in Amherst ny the manager thought it was the starter and stated they were very busy he would work on the car in two or three days two weeks later they had not figured out the problem and would not say when the car would be fixed we had the car towed again to a dealer who stated wiring was disassembled and not connected very unhappy with this business"

"I can not say enough great things about this company. We brought my husband’s car there on March 31. We just got the car back April 21. Now most people would have complained and been annoyed but for what they did for us and making sure they gave us back our car that they trusted they did their best work could not ask for more. The gentleman was in constant communication daily if not every other. And he went above and beyond with fixing our car! I will definitely be using them in the future."

"Nov 2022- Updating my past review - I wish I could write more than one. We went on vacation and dropped two of my cars off for different work. Both were done perfectly, quickly and significantly less expensively than I was planning/expecting. I don't know how you can get any better than that. My daughter drops her car off and picks it up and commented on what good guys these folks are. They treat everyone great. Seriously - this is the only time in my life I feel like my mechanic is "on my side" and I trust them completely. ----------------------------------- previous review I've had such good service here. I've taken my car and my daughter's cars here for a few years. I am always defensive when going to the dealer for service or other shops. They always try to up-sell me or insist on service I don't need (I actually know a bit about my cars) but with this shop, I have never ever once felt like I was getting pressured or taken advantage of. In fact, on more than one occasion, they found a way to save some money and the bill was LESS than quoted. One time they even found a rebuilt part and called to ask me if I wanted to use that to save money. I trust these folks 100%. I just called today to make yet another appointment and instead of my typical car-repair stress, I am worry-free."

"Very frustrating experience, my vehicle set for over a month at this location. Every time I called to inquire on the status of my vehicle I was told they would have an answer the next day. After quite some time I decided to go to the shop and inquiry in person this is when I noticed that my car was sitting in the same spot that it initially was dropped off in. I asked them what was going on to which they replied that they were short staffed and they couldn’t pull someone off a job to track down wires for 5 hours for my vehicle stating that it was an electrical issue. The representative stated that they wouldn’t be able to fix the issue and to go somewhere else. This has been a complete waste of time I paid $100 for a tow and another $80 for another tow to an alternative shop. I understand being short staffed but as a company you should let a customer know that. So that they will be aware of the situation they are getting themselves into."
