"Cooks has done absolutely nothing to maintain this park. They've dumped trash and debris right next to somebody's home, the potholes have not been fixed, dogs are constantly running loose, and there's zero communication with the property managers. They ignore both phone calls and emails. On the bright side, all of the neighbors are friendly and don't cause any issues."
