"We had to make an emergency stay overnight and got a small room with two (very comfortable) beds, and the price was quite affordable compared to other nearby options. Staff was exceptionally friendly, and everything (rooms, beds, towels, etc.) was clean. The hallway smelled a little of smoke, but it didn't smell in the room. Free breakfast was much appreciated; it included diy waffles, sausage and eggs, bread, juice, coffee, water etc., anything you could need. Only cold water in the shower but that wasn't a big deal. Nice place for the price, would recommend!"

"Stayed there 11/9/23.The room was OK and the hotel is close to I-90 so it's a convenient place to pull over for the night. There were a lot of sketchy people loitering in the lobby and outside the entrance. The parking lot was full of big pickup trucks with trailers attached - looked like a work crew maybe. I went to bed around 10:00 and couldn't fall asleep due to people walking and slamming doors, either in the hallway or from other rooms, I couldn't tell where the noise was coming from but there was a LOT of it. Then around 11:00 I heard music blaring from the room next door, and loud talking. In the hallway the music sounded even louder. I went to the desk clerk and asked if I could have another room, and she said no, there were no extra rooms. but that she would ask the people in the next room to turn the music down. Well, that didn't happen, so at 11:30 I had no choice but to pack my things and check in next door at the Best Western hotel, which was perfectly quiet. I don't know exactly what the story is with the Red Roof Inn, but something tells me it wasn't just people spending one night on a long road trip."

"After a rough start to our trip at another hotel, we booked this room on hotels *dot*com at the last minute, and man, were we happy we did! The lobby was pristine, and this level of cleanliness was maintained throughout the property. Melody and Belinda were so warm and friendly. Truly exceptional customer service! We checked into our room without incident, and I have to say, hear beds are the most comfortable I’ve found in a hotel room in a long time! Perfect for pre-concert napping! The blackout curtains truly made the place into a cave (in a good way), which I appreciate, because a lot of hotels don’t seem to know how to measure a window. Breakfast was fantastic!!! (And free!) Make-your-own Belgian waffle station, eggs, sausage, as well as an assortment of bread, cereal, juice, etc. The front desk staff (I’m sorry, I don’t know which it was) from the night before even checked on us during breakfast to make sure we had a good night. How sweet! We’re so happy to have found this gem!!"

"This is a great place to stay! The rooms are so clean that you can eat off the floors. The beds are very comfortable, the girl at the desk was so sweet and helpful. They also let you bring your dog with you for free. Breakfast was also good."
