"Sketchy. Blast from the past - could be used for a set for a creepy movie / TV show. Positives: Cheap; Clean sheets and towels; No creepy crawlies found in bedroom; Hot water. Negatives: Dingy - Cracks, mold, dirt, grime, drain hair, cobwebs; Worn out and Old - everything... PGA booked out Rochester to Batavia. So we ended up here as a last resort after 3 hours of searching late night and because our car doesn't have a shower! LOL."
