"I don't live here but deliver here frequently. The numbers on the buildings are fading and hard to read. Accessibility near public entery ways is not delivery friendly."

"To be honest it’s expensive when there’s a lot of things wrong with the place. Maintenance workers are good at getting things done when they want to get it done. The young adults are very friendly but some of the elders are just plain rude"

"Ten months out of the year I’ve lived there was fine. There is one hot water tank for six apartments per building. If taking a ten min shower and someone in another apartment uses hot water your water temperature will fluctuate from warm to cold. I never had hot water in the sinks in the bedroom and bathroom; even running the water after five mins. Maintenance men come by without notice, I work overnights and sleep during the day... very inconsiderate. Even after mentioning it to the maintenance men that I sleep during the day, they still were ringing my doorbell and knocking on the door to fix multiple problems with the air conditioner, toilet, etc. The air conditioner that is built in the wall in the living room stopped working during the first 90 degree week this summer, still waiting for it to get replaced. The first time I turned both ac’s on, dust flew out of them, discusting. But in the lease you are charged for not cleaning before you leave…From the outside of the building you can see the air conditioners are rusted and you could tell that they are old and aren’t energy efficient. You pay for the electric .I had hornets, beetles and spiders. The sliding glass door and air conditioners aren’t sealed to keep cold out in the winter...heat is included. Big 2bedroom apartment 1000 ft.²! The new neighbors below me have dogs that constantly bark, I made a noise complaint for over a month now and there is still no change. There is a two animal only pet policy... I’ve seen four in there! The chainsmokers smoke comes into my apartment even when the windows are closed, making my asthma flare up. I’ve made complaints for a month and asked permission to move and they still won’t grant me to break my lease one month prior so I can move into another apartment. The most inconsiderate landlords I’ve rented from. Unless you don’t care about noisy stinky neighbors, high rent with a no hot water in the sinks in bedroom and bathroom then it’s a great apartment for you."

"Literally the worst apartments I've ever lived in. Constant insects, maintenance never got done, pipes were so loud in the bedroom that we slept in the living room for over a month before anyone ever came to fix it. Walls were paper thin you heard everything your neighbors did. When we moved in there was a chipmunk that made a home in our room. Took a week before they took care of it. Almost impossible to reach the sad excuse of a landlord. Overall the apartments looked ok but do yourself a favor and live anywhere else. Also pretty expensive compared to most places and increases yearly."
