"No one was in office finally some one checked us in and rooms are filthy never cleaned don't recommend to anyone and blankets have cigarette burns"
"If I could give this place a 0 I would. No one was there to check us in when we got there. Someone on the property contacted the manager who said they would be right there and never showed. When we finally got in contact with someone they said we had no reservation and were extremely rude. We ended up findings another hotel. I would not recommended this place to anyone."
"Convenient location to the casino and cheap. The staff was very nice but OMG it needs to be cleaned. The only thing clean was my bed sheets. Other than that, dead bugs, spider webs and dirt along the circumference of the entire room. Top to bottom. I needed a shower but did not take one. bathroom floor was dirty. Was worried about what else was not cleaned regularly. If that place was clean, I'd be there alot more. Too bad"
"There was no elevator, no ice machine, and the front door was locked when we tried to check in at 2:00 PM. The room itself seemed clean enough, but the refrigerator wasn't working and we had very few channels on the TV. There was also some confusion about where the hotel was, as the Best Western next door is painted the same color."
"I booked the room for my grandson's needed surgery. Open the door to the room...the smell of mold hits you in the face. The room was dirty...not vacuumed...inches of dust on the furniture. Sheets and pillows also questionable. Went into the bathroom...mirror covered with a film and water spots...sink and counter dirty. The coffee pot where you pour in the water was dirty. Toilet also dirty...along the bottom of it was a dirt rim. Under the sink was dirt...As a Healthcare worker Covid 19 sanitizing procedures clearly not followed. Not recommended."
