"No AC and units are still hot in the fall. For the cost of housing per tuition, they should be able to afford a window unit ac for every dorm. Bathrooms and showers are only cleaned once a week to no fault of the staff but heavily relies on the people you share a floor with on cleanliness."

"College Village deserves no more than one star. It has a tremendous amount of faults, and very few redeeming factors. Pros - Security is very friendly, and do a great job - Its next to an amazing school GCC - adequate parking Cons - Constantly loud at night - Older apartments are falling apart - Construction very early in the morning waking everyone nearby up - The cost is very high considering other local options.(renting a room or apartment) - And a major issue is some of the office workers are extremely unhelpful, actively looking away from problems in front of them If you're thinking of going to GCC do it! It is truly a special school. What makes the school stand out is how kind and helpful everyone is that works there. They all want you to succeed, doing almost anything to help you. I would give GCC 5 stars without hesitation with how excellent of a school it is. This is why it's a shame GCC has ties to College Village. College Village is for profit and care no more than just your wallet. They are just a buisness that has the advantage of being next to the school. GCC and College Village share no core values. Which is why you should stay far away."

"What you would expect from a for-profit housing association. Half of the dorms are new and nice, half are VERY old and an utter disgusting mess. I paid additional funds to live in a quiet, separate building and was forcibly removed MID SEMESTER with only 5 school weeks left so they could re-design the building for the following season. With a 10 day warning. Did not offer to reimburse housing cost difference. Photos provided are of "new" room I was moved into. Last pic is of BLOOD on the wall near bed. STAY AWAY."
