"The landlady has to be taken to hud housing quite often on top of she lets people be very disruptive here. Doesn't always do maintenance to apartments before people move in and doesn't always do maintenance like should be done but willingly raises rent on people claiming maintenance not done. I have heard others talk about how she has been reported several times before and the company that owns this building does nothing to fire her so for future reference not worth the money she makes you pay, i recommend finding somewhere else to rent from. Also going to note she's always looking for an excuse to make someone move out. She was willing to come to the complex over a claim of loud music during covid but when asked to fix a wall coming apart behind a toilet, was saying due to covid was going to refuse to do so when that is a health code violation for one and for two she has to fix anything that breaks as part of landlord rights and it being something mentioned offered in the agreement signed upon leasing so this is a violation of lease o her end. Even if you're someone who does nothing wrong she will try to send you a notice of refusal to renew lease especially if anything in your apartment has to be fixed. Not exactly the type of place i am liking to call home...for the wall to be fixed in the bathroom I was forced to be out of my apartment and standing outside when I'm a physically disabled individual and shouldn't be nor can I be, standing for long periods of time. This is something that is not ok and last i checked there is normally a policy where maintenance can't do any work unless you're present in the building."
