"I always have excellent experiences with Sullivan H&C. I had the number from my grandparents who used them to service their furnace. I used them to replace my furnace in 2010 and all the service appointments and any issues that came up since (not many). Heat didn’t come on yesterday and called them and they came out today and replaced the thermostat for me. Maria took care of my thermostat today and my most recent service appointment and is awesome! Jerry Jr. had been here for most of my earlier appointments and he is awesome too! And everyone they have sent between service appointments, furnace installation, new vent installation, etc. has been thorough, friendly and helpful."
