"This company was sent by Lowe’s to determine if fridge was broke. They never submitted the paperwork to Lowe’s after they assessed problem. I’m sure my complaint doesn’t matter, just as much as the 2 star rating they currently have. Once you get a contract with a big box store you can be scumbags that don’t do your job and still get paid. Must be nice"

"I had a washer emergency with water all over my mud room, laundry room and bathroom. I called on Friday afternoon. They sent out someone to access the situation. Everyone in the office was very helpful and responsive. I know they squeezed me in! The technician was beyond wonderful. He was polite, informative and helped educate me on my situation. He also explained what needed to be done with my main water line. There was no upcharge or trying to sell anything. He actually advised that the cost to repair was not woth the investment. I would strongly recommend Naab and Mohring for any appliance needs."

"I would give this company a zero, if that was an option! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with! I have a service agreement with Sears. And the job was assigned to MOHRING. It’s been close to three months and they still have not repaired my dishwasher. It started with them not ordering the parts needed for the initial appointment. Then canceling the day of the appointment because they needed parts! They have been out to my house three times each time ordering a new park. After being treated quite poorly, I was told by their office staff that their employees were being extremely rude because they had a bad day with customers.! I’ve recently switched to a new company and within one day they came out and turn the dishwasher upside down to see that the motor had rust on it and that was the cause of the issue. MOHRING never did this! In fact, the last person who came said they needed to order a computer board. because that was the reason why it wasn’t working! Between the constant runaround of trying to schedule, which should’ve taken, maybe three weeks tops! And ordering the wrong parts, I wish anybody, but them could’ve been assigned to my job!"

"This company is an absolute joke stay far away from these people. Had them come try and fix my dish washer man walked in took a look at it didn’t know how to fix it so his answer was call someone else and then charged me 200 bucks and left. These people do not know how to do anything right because when I called the company the lady that answered was nothing but rude. Over all 0/10 if you don’t wanna get scammed out of your money do not call these hack job. I honestly can’t believe there are people out there like you folks .. y’all are genuinely bad people for what you do to people I whole heartedly hope to see you people out of business soon"

"We had to wait almost a month for an appointment. Part of our dishwasher came loose and out of warranty so we called them to attempt to replace it. The man came, took pictures, and sent them off somewhere. He then told me that there was nothing he could do and to call Samsung to see if they can replace or repair it. Charged me $190 to do absolutely nothing. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else."
