"Mike the technician was very polite, but that's about all I can say that was good about the service. Emerald charged almost $150 to send out a technician who couldn't even diagnose my issue correctly. Then Emerald had a salesman call and check in every couple days to push me to buy the fix they recommended but I didn't need. I feel I deserve a full reimbursement, and Emerald should at least offer to send a more qualified technician to more thoroughly diagnose my troubles"
"Robert was lead tech with Matt and James. Boiler and water tank replacement with high efficiency combo unit. Am very pleased with the results. As with everything there are always issues BUT once addressed they were prompt and efficient at rectifying. It was a tall order to complete in one day and they did! A job very well done! Even the office staff were on top of things when called. Highly recommend! Thank you Emerald Heating and Cooling!"
