"Been here multiple times, bought tires for 2 cars in the last few mos. My SUV is vibrating when over 50 mph. Called 2 days, no answer. Went online at 7:00 this morning, scheduled an appt for 10:00 and would wait. The man said I didn't have an appt. I told him that I scheduled it online early this morning. "That's why it's not on here". He told me I had to leave the car for the day and he would try to have it looked at. I have no other transportation and unable to leave it. If you have customers scheduling online, perhaps you should update the schedule or not allow online scheduling if you don't have the staff to honor it."

He knows the business, keeps you informed of progress and is straightforward with pricing. The real reason this store is successful is due to the diligent leadership of Kurt Bey. He guides the business to the standard you’d expect from a legacy company such as Goodyear. Sure, other places may charge $5 less for an oil change, but, there is certainly non-monetary value with a vehicle being serviced by the same professionals year after year."

"They are close and convenient to my location and I have been using Goodyear where ever I am for years. They never steer me wrong and are usually reasonably priced. They only con about this location is that the manager Kurt I believe his name is always seems to be grumpy and complaining about his job. It doesn’t give the welcoming vibe when you walk in. If it wasn’t for the other staff especially Josh at the front desk who is always pleasant and for the good customer service he gives as well as the mechanic staff I probably wouldn’t come back. Generally a good experience. Based on this I’d recommend coming here."
