"They replaced the part for free under warranty but I had to deal with repetitive and inappropriate comments about my age, voice, and body while waiting for it to get done. During the exchange, the man also “joked” that he’d call me later using the personal information I was required to provide in order to use my warranty. Unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I won’t ever be back. Side note: This was reported to the store immediately afterward who said they would address it. Not sure what actions were taken, if any, but I’ll be avoiding this location in the future."
