"The room was amazing. The girl who checked us in was fabulous. But while we were down eating breakfast had to listen to the girl at front desk complaining she was sick and had to come in because she couldn't find replacement. I understand that but she used all kinds of curse words while yelling at the front desk"

"Stat away they have bed bugs !!! I rented a suite, my daughter sat down on the couch and within minutes was covered in hives due to bed bugs bites. I caught one in a cup brought it downstairs to show front desk, they moved our room. I called the hotel manager after check out and never heard back. I opened a claim because of course they charged me for the suite when I'm in no way paying this bill, when I have had to pay an urgent care bill for care due to the bed bug bites on my daughter and the cost of me throwing most of the clothes I brought with us away, and having our luggage treated for bugs since that was not coming into my house. I will never stay at this hotel again. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to booking. The only positive thing about this hotel is Teri who was so kind, and understanding of our concerns, maybe she should be the manager."

"This review is coming from a person whos been staying with hilton hotels for 15+ years, a diamond member. Heres my feedback: - Worse hotel ever... terrible customer service skills. I forgot my expensive headphones in my room worth $300 and they stole them... I tried to speak to management so many times and even opened two cases against them, and they closed them without contacting me. - hotel had no water for 4+ hours and they didn't even communicate this to customers and you can't even see a single sign on walls, elevators, rooms, nothing. Terrible workers and Terrible management. - phone didn't work in the room (the phone had no wires, so how did they expect it to work?). - printer didn't work - breakfast was terrible - not greeted (they always frowned and with attitude).... etc.... - my first and last time I stay at this terrible hotel.... now give my my headphones back!!! P.s. Too bad I can't give 0 stars or less!"

"The rooms could’ve been cleaned better but I don’t really want to get into that. The saving grace for my stay was the lovely agent at the desk, Torie. She was super sweet, helpful, and patient. Torie ensured that things were taken care of for me and the other guests that came her way as well. It was a pleasure interacting with her."

"The room itself was nice and pretty clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was good and typical of a hot breakfast buffet. My only complaints are that the pool was closed due to maintenance and that was the main reason we got a hotel room. The booking website didn't say anything about the pool being closed at the time. It was a big disappointment to me and my 4 year old son. Also they charge a $150 incidentals deposit when you check in. I've never had to pay this before, usually they just keep a credit card on file and charge if there is damage.I don't know if this is something new hotels do now but I was not expecting it."
