"Fun but be careful, older kids do a lot of rough horseplay even if they see younger kids just trying to bounce and have a good birthday. We tried to let the front desk know that the older kids were too rowdy and almost pushed my daughters Mimi into the bouncing area, and ran right in to my daughter and made her cry and said her arm hurt and the front desk couldn't be bothered and said ," they can go wherever they want and you guys are in the wrong area". Keep in mind there are other little kids in this same area that aren't a part of the party that also got hurt. People that "ran" our birthday party didn't do much for us, we had to pretty much do everything and they proved to charge us $400+ for the party even though we did most of the work for the party time. All they did was drop off pizza and we had to search high and low for the party person to get anything done. Not worth it for birthday parties but if you're just going to jump, then by all means."

"We took our 20 month old son for the first time today. Check-in process was extremely easy and quick… The man that helped us was friendly. After getting our socks on, etc. we realized we didn’t ask where the special area was for kids under 46” so my Husband went back to the desk to ask a lady working… She said ‘you can just go wherever you want, it doesn’t matter.’ I said to my Husband, ‘but they advertise a special area for 46” and under???’ So, we found the area ourselves! Needless to say, it was not patrolled and there were kids of all sizes in that area. This is really our only true complaint. I will say, the facility does err on the side of uncleanliness, but definitely not anything atrocious. We would probably go back again just because our son enjoyed it so much."

"Saturday before Halloween. No one actually work on the floor managing kids and checking anything. It wad a free for all. They don't keep track if your time with is amazing.. stay all day and no one even knows. Bathroom was disgusting, dirty poop diapers in trash. Smelled so bad. No toilet paper. Socks are $5 each. A lot of the equipment isn't even usable, especially in the obstacle courses."

"Went in today as a family of 4. The white skinny guy with a hat on is EXTREMELY racist. Very poor customer service. I’ve never seen any one here harass a minor till now… I’ve been coming here for a while and haven’t seen this kind of conduct till now. This company needs to check with him because they shouldn’t hire people like him….. don’t you dare ask a customer if they’re sure we only got a certain amount of jumpers four times.. we came in with a party of 4 kid jumpers and will only have 4 kids jumping. When we were leaving after our jump time I noticed this same guy “looking” for us to make sure we had exited. Very disgusted with this type of discrimination and mistreatment . You thought you were slick ."
