"Terrible customer service. Got invited to a birthday party here the party is only 2 hours long but they make you stand in line for 1 hour to check in. Having to wait that long to check in to a party is ridiculously outrageous. They don't have enough staff at all. Would never recommend a party here of any type and I'm beyond glad my daughter chose the trampoline park Get Air right next door. I don't think I'll even come to someone else's birthday party at all if it is at this place. Only getting 1 star because I cannot give zero."

"This place is falling apart and with no recent repairs or deep cleaning. It’s getting to the point where I won’t bring my daughter anymore. Was a fun place and she loved it but with improper cleaning techniques, and no repairs until fixed I don’t think I’ll be going there any more."

"We visited the Albany NY location this afternoon. We have been a day one customer since this establishment has opened (my oldest used to come, and this was my youngest one’s first visit). The staff were very respectful, attentive to the children and seemed to overall enjoy their job! However, the facility seems to have gone severely down hill since our last visit. The balls in the toddler area had a full coating of dirt on them. Honey Comb Village looked absolutely run down. It used to look so beautiful - I was super sad to see that. Several of the games were broken, prize counter left unattended and unlocked (prizes could have been easily stolen). The snack bar was out of mostly everything, I found that kind of bizarre. The bathrooms were very clean, I was happy to see that. The older kid area (slides, ball launching pit) were also very clean. My older son had an absolute blast on all of the slides. There was dirt in the corners around the facility (dirt and some laying around garbage) but with the amount of traffic through the place, I expect that somewhat. I also noticed there was only like 3 or 4 staff working. The gentlemen working the exit was also jumping on the snack bar (which then left the exit unattended - which I know Billy Beez is usually known for their safe environment). There should be a staff monitoring the toddler area as well (as well as Honey Comb Village). Today, I saw several older kids attacking each other with this wooden stand right in Honey Comb Village. There should be a age limit on that area - because those kids were being VERY rough around the other toddlers. If no age limit, then someone should monitor to ensure the older ones don’t get out of hand. Besides that, it was a great visit! I love the idea of Billy Beez and my children love it as well!"

"If I could leave no stars I would. It was extremely dirty, everything from the floors to all the climbing equipment. There was old baby puke on the mat in the climbing area. Everything was sticky. It just opened and the bathrooms were extremely dirty. For a place to be open for children, it should have better cleaning standards. I just can’t get over how dirty everything was, extremely disappointed. The employees were late at opening and as always very rude. No one is around to even to talk to about cleaning something up. My 4 year old has been picking up trash since we walked in. Who ever the owner is of this establishment should really take a moment and to look at what they are offering for the community. You can tell it’s just about the income and not actually offing a fun and enjoyable space for children and families."

"I booked a party at the Albany location for my son’s 2nd birthday. I was greeted by the party manager Stephanie, she noticed I was struggling with bringing in my decorations along with the cake by myself. She went above and beyond to provide assistance to ease the process. This was one of the easiest children’s birthdays that I’ve done. The staff who also assisted with my party was also extremely attentive. I believe the gentleman who helped with the food was Brandon, he ensured the party room stayed clean and him and Stephanie checked on us throughout the party. I’m very pleased with my experience! Thank you again Stephanie and the billy beez team for making my son birthday memorable! I’ve been raving to my colleagues about the customer service and attentiveness from the staff!! We will definitely book another party and be back for play dates!!!"
