"Genuinely awful, at first she was nice and seemed to be great. Then she overcharged me for things that were not discussed & things were falling apart, as well as forgot to bring some stuff she charged me for & if I wouldn’t have texted her, she would’ve never brought it. When I called to see if she could help, she said it was not her responsibility anymore. She might be “cheaper” but it will cost you more at the end. & her attitude is nasty once she gets her money. Don’t waste your time."

"I ordered a communion dress a bit over a month prior to my daughter’s event. I received a call approx 6 days ago saying that the wrong dress came in. The girl that called me assured me she would reorder the correct one and express ship it as my daughter’s communion is this up coming weekend. I called them yesterday to make sure the correct dress came in the response was “yes”. We showed up only to learn it was not only the wrong dress but the wrong size. Instead of correcting the mistake and ordering the correct dress and having it express ship the owner decided to give me back the money and said suggested I go to Estelle’s dressy dresses and buy a dress from their store because “they have the same dresses from her rack” !!! Appalling NEVER USE THIS PLACE , disgraceful. Horrible customer servIce - I called them later to ask for the owner to tell her how upset I was and they denied the entire transaction even occurred. So not only are they Incompetent they are also dishonest."
