"First time coming into this store. My mom and I tried on some clothing in the dressing room. The gentleman who owns the store asked me to place all tried on items to the side. I left ONE top hanging on the door hook, and walked out of the store. The man accosted us and was running and yelling after us as we were two store fronts of the way up, aggressively asking where the size small top I had tried on was. I said everything was left in the fitting room. He said no it’s not there. I literally opened my handbag for him to show him I had nothing of his and swore everything was left in the fitting room. He made me go back into the store with him, and I showed him the top hanging on the door hook. He began shouting at me in a store full of customers, saying he specifically told me where to hang the clothing and that next time I could be a nicer person and follow directions better. I almost called mall security because I felt so harassed and publicly attacked. Extremely abrasive and rude customer service. Their clothing is also poorly made and looks cheap. You get what you pay for, and their quality of customer service aligns with their shoddy products. Will not be going back there ever again."

"The two older lads, lady and man were absolutely disgustingly rude to me when i went in for a return. talked to me like I was stupid and told me i have to exchange, which was no problem. it was just how they came at me. That was my third time in there and the first time the man accused me of stealing. I probably make more monthly than the two of them combined yearly. I don’t need to steal. Cute clothes but staff is absolutely disgusting and terrible.Walt whitman mall."
