"I have had the worst experience with the Manager (Rio) in this shop, I have travelled around the world and been to Footlocker in Tokyo, Dubai, and Munich but I have never had this kinda experience. As they don't have a fitting room, I asked a sales man to let my son change his Tshirt near an exit, just behind the reception, that he agreed to, while my son (13yrs old) was doing so the Manager, Rio rushed at the exit asking us to leave immediately in an extremely rude manner. He was asking my son half naked, to leave the exit immediately! I somehow managed to put on the new Tshirt and move him out, but the manager kept blabbering in front of other staff and customers, humiliating me, my son and my family. I lost my temper and asked him to shut up and he asked us to get outta the shop! We did not leave but paid for our shopping and then asked for the managements number that he refused! I feel humiliated and insulted, my son at 13 is shy about his body and he made him feel terrible. I wonder how can 'Footlocker' hire someone like him at that position. Where is customer service? where is basic respect? I am so disappointed and so are my children that we may never step in any footlocker again!"

"Monte is an unfriendly and unprofessional staff member. He has his back to the door to minimize 16 people in store. He disregarded us waiting before another group and allowed 3 other people into the store before us. I questioned him, he didn't respond and the other customer made a profane gesture. Monte should not manage this store. We were picking up a preordered sale. Nobody asks that question. Two registers, only one open with one sales person checking out, 5 other employees walking around. Way too slow. Why aren't they asking if people have preordered when they are waiting? There would be no line or wait. Very poorly managed location."

"A disasterous waste of time. Purchased shoes at the Roosevelt field mall location and paid for them with pickup at the Walt Whitman location. The associate even called the store to verify they were there and got eyes on them. The next day I show up to pick up my order and it’s missing. While the staff is frantically searching for the order Manny the store “manager” strolls in and asks why there is no music on. The staff looks at him like he had a thousand heads. We continue to wait a half an hour while the staff disappears into the back and comes back with nothing. We decide to go eat and come back to give them time to look for it. An hour and a half later they come up with nothing barely an apology. Manny says they can only give a refund, no compensation for the time and gas wasted and the headaches caused by this stores staff. No discounts, no coupon, no sorry... just “too bad”. They all should be re-evaluted as employees and footlocker really needs to take action. This should never happen! Don’t tell me to come to your store to pick up a prepaid item when its not there! Gas and time are not free!!!"

"Foot Locker, and/or any retail store, during the holidays are crazy. Great great great team though. They all worked so well together. Yesterday (12/23/2016) I went into the Walt Whitman Foot Locker, they didn't have the sneaker that I wanted but the male suggested something else to me, and I got it! The male, Elijah was very helpful and persuasive. The female who rung me up, Kimberly, was so sweet. One of the registers wasn't functioning and she was on the register that WAS functioning for about 35+ minutes. She was ringing up everyone, doing a great job, staying calm in a horrible situation. I, am also aware that they get paid on commission and I felt so bad for her because she didn't sell for the time she was on the register, I told her to take the shoes I had so she can get commission but she told me she'd rather play fair game and let the person who did help me get the sale. Once again, very amazing store. Very great team. They all seem to work so well together, the 5-6 that were working the day before Christmas Eve. This will definitely be the first shoe store I go to when I need something. Very happy, satisfied customer."
