"Decent JCrew, usually have full size runs of what they have in store. I've found some gems in the same section when I go to visit. For the size of the store they could fit more product. The associates are always very helpful and nice."

Danielle helped my brother and I after we made an online "appointment" to come in - she hand selected clothes in my size and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked in, to when we checked out. I typically frequent the Roosevelt Field location but I'm going to come here from now on. Highly recommended."

"This J.Crew store in Walt Whitman Mall has a very large selection of clothes. Especially the male section. They also, depending on the season, have very good discounts. I bought myself a long wool dress coat with 50% discount. I am very happy."

"1 of my favorite clothing store. Shame the staff ruins the experience. Apparently too busy folding clothes to help me out with my question on if there are any sales going on. One guy tells me while walking away from me that no sales going on, only to find out when I got home there was 25% sale that begun that day. I was also here about a month ago and 1 female staff could not wait 3 seconds for my gf to walk by an aisle and opened up a ladder rambunctiously almost hitting her; no apologies at all from the highness. There was 25 or 40% store-wide sale going on that day so I picked out a few shorts - all same style - and during check out the clerk tells rudely me that 1 of them are not on sale. I told her I won't take them and she mumbled something and said "here", that's it all she says. I look at the credit card machine and saw that she applied the sale; nice but what's up with the nasty attitude? My gf checked out her clothes right next to me to another guy and I told him to put her clothes into my bag. He doesn't say anything to me and literally tosses her clothes in mine. Full of staff that forget why they have a job. My opinion is this problem probably stems from management."
