"I've been shopping at Zara for a long time and I'm very disappointed because I needed it. I bought a vest and had to return it because it didn't fit me and the tags fell off and they didn't make her exchange it for me, saying the material was worn out and I didn't wear it at all. the clothes are not worn out, the tags just fell off and they didn't want to do my depo I'm very disappointed I'll never buy from this store again I never want to go near this store I'm very disappointed they don't do the work in these stores you'll be very disappointed"

"Whichever cashier that has black hair in a bun, with glasses that was at the right register, needs to be fired ASAP. I have never encountered such a rude employee. Looked absolutely miserable I honestly just feel sorry for her. I don’t understand why employees stay somewhere they are miserable. Quit or get a new job because you do not belong in retail! Good to know I got her reported! Love ZARA but do NOT hire employees like this! I never had to right to act like this even as a cashier in my past jobs. Sad world."

"Quite possibly one of the worst stores on LI. The product quality is extremely cheap, looks like they make them out of recycled paper. There is always a line that moves extremely slow. The manager seems very incompetent, you have your cashiers hanging out and having conversations with themselves while the line is being held up. Zara needs to do better. Even they do better I wouldn’t care because I’ll never ever go there again."
