"Came to return and purchased one item. The associate told me I can do everything with her, and I waited until she was free. There was an other customer went to pick up a different size which I didn’t know, upon her return the associate started to check out my purchase and asked me to return downstairs. I reminded her that she told me I can do the return with her as well, so she agreed to help me with the returns ( I already felt unwelcoming). I offered to wait for the associate to help the other customer first and then do my returns, she insisted to do my returns first. The other customer started to complaint and the associate turned right back to help her. I felt very innocent and it looked like I was trying to cut the line, so sad, that maybe why many of us are purchasing online, so we don’t have to deal with unprofessional customer service. ( I will return online in the future too)!"

"Saks 5th ave? More like scams 5th ave. I called customer service to place an order because my size sold out online. They gave me issues about using the same promo code I was using online…safe to say I purchased my designer goods elsewhere. Saks needs to improve their customer service. Being told a different size isn’t Eli glen for a promo code is mind blowing."

"Came here to look for a dress. The dress department was an absolute mess. When we asked the sales associate for help she said it’s a zoo and we were basically on our own. Over two thousand dollar dresses were just on the floor. I was so shocked to see this from Saks!"

"Brought wife in for a dress fitting. Sales staff was top notch and showed her a collection of several colors, styles, and lengths that they thought would look good on her. My wife was so delighted with the specialized service. The sales woman actually ran downstairs to grab a pair of shoes just to see how they would look with the dress. Wow.. Wife bought a dress, needed to be altered and it was done in ONE day. Will definitely recommend Saks Fifth Avenue and thank you for the wonderful service through this painful pandemic..."

"Nice store with a lot of selection. Pretty cheap for me , but for others expensive. Good selection of clothing. I especially like the Gucci that they have.Some clothes were unfolded and not taken care of. They should be neater. Other than that, everything else was very good."
