"Moved into the apt and it smelled of unclean people.The paint job was horrible and the apt held an odor. The ceiling was not painted and the blinds were dirty.The windows in the kitchen and front entrance were full of cobwebs.The matinece man has done very little in upkeep/repairs.He never completely fixes anything.He comes to your home unannounced.Every one of my neighbors look suspect.Random people are always outside.They need to bleach the dirty laundry room."

"This is a great place to live. The apartments and grounds are so nice and we'll taken care of and it's a peaceful, quiet, apartment complex. Management is friendly and helpful. I feel very fortunate to have found an income based apartment here."

"They are all remodeled and they are very nice on the inside they have wood floors not the old typical VCT School tile. Very secluded and doesn't feel like income based housing normally does. Never heard anything loud, no drugs selling, or people just standing around outside. It's very quiet and peaceful there"
