"This has been the worst living experience I have ever had and I lived in the vestal/magnolia area. From the get go we have had an insane roach problem, every time we told the office about it they would give me an attitude and tell me that it’s our fault we don’t leave our door unlocked for pest control to come in. (The reason we don’t leave our door unlocked is because of the numerous deaths across the street and on the complex) we took special precautions to make sure the pest control man was able to come into our apartment. He would set glue traps on our table. Spray one spot in the kitchen and then leave. I have had three separate roof leaks in the year and a half we lived here. I cannot stress the bug problems enough. No matter what you do you will have roaches, if it’s not roaches then it’s ants. We had a hole in our wall that they never came to fix. We had broken shelves in our fridge they never came to fix. We asked them to replace molded parts on the dishwasher that were there from the previous tenate. It took them over a month to take care of the mold in the bathroom. Trying to call them is pointless because you’ll just get sent to there voice mail. Going into the office is your best bet, but they will mock you the entire time you explain the issues in your apartment. The kids are loud and annoying and no one seems to do anything about it. There was a dealer living on the bottom floor of our apartment that went unnoticed. The tap water tastes like dirt. The washer and dryers on site did not work and were constantly flooded or leaking. The smell of must lingered in every apartment I went into. The maintenance men are incompetent. The management is incompetent so much so that we wanted out of the apartments so bad we bought a house. The entire time we went through the lease breaking comments they were making snide remarks saying they don’t understand why we’re giving them reasons like incompetence on their and the maintenance mens part if we’re breaking the lease because we bought a house. I had a friend who lived in the apartment that has severe mold that they refused to treat. These people don’t care about you or the community they serve, they want their money. Also look into the news article done on where they evicted a woman and left her homeless because she denied getting her apartment remodeled and even if she did, they told her there were no more units she could stay in while they remodeled. Remodeled units increased rent for residents from 700-900 to 1200+ I wouldn’t live here unless you like sleeping with roaches and loud neighbors that will blast music constantly from their apartment and their cars in the parkinglot. Oh one last thing, it took them two weeks to fix our pipes and they never fixed the shower pipes so everyone’s hair and gunk would rise through the pipes and clog the sinks and the bathroom sinks and the shower."

"One star - Terrible experience! This apartment complex has a severe roach and ant infestation problem that the management seems completely unwilling to address. No one should have to live in such unsanitary conditions. Avoid this place at all costs! Kat and Penny may act all sweet when you first move in but when you bring up a problem they get aggressive and still won't fix the problem."

"Do not move here. Have had roach issues for months with no end in sight. Front desk told me im welcome to move out (funny way to run a apartment complex) yet seem to have resigned themselves to being unable to fix the bug problem. They cheaped out on the work they did in remodeling and tenants bear the burden of it. The buildings are old and not well maintained. Other tenants have the same issues according to the staff as well."

"We just moved in a week ago, but this has been the best experience. We got a renovated one bedroom and the worked with us on the timeline of our old lease. The renovations are WONDERFUL!!! And we are so so happy with our new apartment. Penny in the office is awesome. She's super honest and real with you and very accommodating at the same time. Penny is our girl! At the moment we are beyond happy with our apartment, rent price, and amenities. We are very low maintenance but this exceeds our expectations by far."

"My sister and I lived here for 2 years (2019-2021). We never had a problem with our neighbors in our building (we had a 3 bedroom). Maintenance requests were always addressed promptly, the office staff was always pleasant, and the grounds were well maintained. Very safe neighborhood... our first week there I accidentally left my keys in the door overnight. Packages were always left at the door, sometimes for multiple days, and there was never an issue. With all the good things to say, we can’t complete this review without mentioning the slight bug problem. Apparently, the tennant before us caused a major issue; and although they replaced the carpet and all the appliances before we moved in, along with routine pest control, we still dealt with roach sightings. I know with older buildings this is a pretty normal occurrence, but we definitely were not custom to it. For this being our first apartment though, my sister and I had an overall good experience, and were happy to call it home for two years."
