"The inside car cleaning service I recently used from Delta Sonic was quite inadequate. My car was not thoroughly cleaned, even with pleasant staff interactions; there remained syrupy syrup on the leather upholstery and rubbish remnants in the door accessory pockets. My surprise was heightened when I questioned the manager and heard their poor explanation and bogus claim that they had cleaned it. Using a Clorox wipe, I was able to remove the stain myself with ease, and my perspective made me wonder whether the service had been compromised. Despite inquiring about trash removal upon arrival, a Delta Sonic worker assured me they would handle it, yet remnants were left. The manager's poor communication skills and reliance on a sign about non-responsibility for trash further fueled my dissatisfaction. Regrettably, I requested a refund and won't be considering Delta Sonic for interior cleaning services in the future."

"This review pertains to my experience with the drying of my car following the Unlimited Super Kiss Plus car wash. I always choose this customer care option to minimize drip stains on my 2023 Subaru auto, to continue to give it a new car appearance. Last week I was so impressed with the drying service provided by Zack, I informed Zack prior to my departure that he provided the best drying experience I ever had directly after my car wash! He provided this service with a 'spirit of excellence' by being detail oriented and intentional in drying every part of my vehicle. This included the time spent air blowing water from all side window areas and then thoroughly drying every window, using the step stool for a difficult to reach area, and with due diligence drying my auto with a fresh towel repeatedly in areas where there was evidence of dripping water after his initial drying. I look forward to receiving this quality of drying experience in the future! Kudos to you Zack!"

"We went there for the car wash and they were a ton of people there, but It was extremely fast. The vehicle looks beautiful. And we had an amazing gentleman who hand dried off the vehicle. I definitely will go back next time I'm out in the city. They also have a area to change oil, the main store has a pizza place inside of it along with the regular corner store items, it's also a gas station as well. Truly a one-stop shop."
