"Ordered a cake for work birthday party. Very disappointed in the cake. Ordered it online and the day i was supposed to pick it up. They told me the frosting that I wanted was now unavailable. And would I like to cancel my order. When I need the cake that night. Cake was dry with no taste. So embarrassing for me…. Tops bakery used to be really good. Not anymore."

"This store is so filthy and the produce section has nothing but old and moldy items. The store associates also have horrible attitudes, one was upset for having to slice lunch meat, another upset because I asked for a bag. The workers seem more interested in socializing with each other rather than helping customers and doing exactly what their job description states they should do... never visiting this location again. I will go out of my way if it means better products and better customer service."
"I was very impressed with this Tops Store. It was immaculate and everything looked tidy and well organized. The Spot Coffee shop was open and will be a great addition. Tops offers great sales every week. I have shopped at other Tops stores but will now shop here."
