"I have been LOVING getting my prescriptions refilled for the last couple years, but they just lost my business. I called the customer service desk because no one at the pharmacy was answering. "They're not here today," is what customer service told me. "Well, how am I supposed to get my medicine?" "I guess you'll just have to wait for tomorrow." My medicine has NASTY withdrawal symptoms. I don't want someone to tell me to just wait another day. What horrible customer service. Absolutely unacceptable."

"We went to visit downtown Buffalo and found out on the way, because we bought a one-day pass ($5 per person), we came down to visit and buy some food. Impressions: clean, tidy, service staff are very good, and the bathroom is in the No. 6 shelf. The disadvantage is that the men's bathroom was very dirty at that time. Also it seems to close at 7pm."
