"I recently went to this store to get a cordless vacuum. The person at the counter greeted me immediately, showed me exactly what I was looking for within seconds, and had confidence in what he talking about. During checkout, one of his coworkers went to go get the vacuum while he was cashing me out, took it out of the box and had it ready for me to take out of the store. In addition to that, they carried my new vacuum to my car. This was an exceptional showing of what great customer service looks like. I'll be referring anyone looking for a vacuum to this store. "These guys have put in their 10,000 hours when it comes to vacuums. I brought them my broken, old Dyson and picked up something that looks like it's fresh from the factory (see pic). I also had a vintage cannister vac that needed a new cord that hadn't been available in decades, so they rewired AND restored it! Seriously, I wish I had more vacuums to bring them because they're that good!"
