"They are unprofessional I called and schedule an appointment first for Monday at 8:00am they stated the will come and no one show up so I calls them back that Monday and said hey no one show up and first they try to denied that the appointment was not scheduled because they have a delivery every Monday morning but when they check their system they see that they schedule my appointment at 8:00am. Than they stated they will come at 12-1:30 than they did not show up. I would not deal with them and will not recommend them definitely."

"I wish I had read the reviews before we gave him $230 for a wash machine that does every cycle but wash. That's okay. He must be really desperate for $ to keep swindling people. I feel sort of bad for the guy. He is creating a bad cause for his future. Watch him to the end. He will end up in a bad way."

"Look elsewhere!!!. I purchased a refrigerator from them paid cash on the spot $309 plus $45 for next day delivery. When it didn't arrive I called and was told their truck had broke down and would be delivered the next day. When I called the next day I was told they had not repaired the truck yet and I would have to wait another day. Finally it was delivered after three days. So here it is 30 days later and the fridge stopped working. Since it was on a Sunday and the next day was Labor Day, they weren't open. I went to Home Depot and purchased a new one. I went to the store Tuesday morning, explained the problem and was told I should have waited for the repairman to come look at it before buying a new one. They really expected me to wait 3 days without a fridege for them to come out and look at it. Anyway, I was told thier guy would be there that afternoon to come fix it. I didn't need him to fix it I already bought a new one. Needless to say he never showed up. When I went there later that afternoon, he told me he don't work on Tuesdays and I would have to wait till Friday for him to come get it because thier truck was broke again. After threatening legal action, they found a truck and eventually picked it up on Wednesday. I was then told I would have to wait again to get my money back. Today is Thursday and I finally got my money back, less the delivery charge. This is the ONLY reason I give them one star. I recommend again... look elsewhere!"

"Should have listened to the reviews right off the bat and went with someone else. Had an appliance repair scheduled, took the day off of work to have it done because of course the arrival window was in the middle of the freakin day, Technician never showed up. Called multiple times (5 to be exact) and never answered. Seriously? If I could leave zero stars I would. Absolutely unacceptable. Terrible business and god awful customer service - actually never mind I can’t say that because there is NO customer service to speak of. Thanks for making me waste my day waiting around for nothing!"

"This place sucks! I paid $90 to have my dryer fixed & three days later it stopped heating up and 2 months after that the same thing again. When i called and told the rude ass repair guy what happened, he says it's $40 for the call and he'll be out the next day. He never came, never returned my calls. I was not paying $40 for calling & more money for repair when my dryer was never fixed. Buyer Beware they charge too much and don't fix your appliances right."
