"“Only adding one star to submit my review - Zero⭐️deserved Unprofessional, liars, likes to run game on potential customers. I read reviews but still decided to take a chance so I communicated through marketplace and made a physical appearance. Told the guy we will make a decision and I reached out again on Facebook. It was decided that we would purchase the item and it was confirmed on a specific day and time to complete the transaction. The day of was a no call no -show. Phone calls ignored. Called the next day and the guy claimed there must’ve been miscommunication and that we did not get back in touch, & that he wasn’t the one we’ve dealt with. LIES - I know it was him because I recognize the voice clearly. I also mentioned I have proof that a time and date was confirmed In my inbox. At this point I already knew that the item wasn’t available but I asked anyway to confirm my suspicion and his bs, of course he said the item was sold. Everything happens for a reason so glad we dodged that bullet! Let me also add that the item in question was much higher than advertised. Don’t be fooled, and don’t waste your time!"
"I got a 4 door fridge from here and a 5 burner stove and I am very happy with the service. Owner came out and set everything up. Excellent Customer Service and delivery was on time. I AM A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER, WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK!!!!!"
"Horrible service. Refrigerator broke after 30 days. Called and drive by for a week. Office not open and no response to calls or messages. Total disrespect! When I got the secretary on the phone I asked to have the owner call me back that was at 10 a.m. I still haven't heard from them. I would not suggest that anyone do business with this company at all on any level."
"So happy with their customer service had to use a voucher from downtown and every other place had gross and expensive appliances. Appliances they gave us were clean and very nice. Staff very kind and courteous."
