"Decent place with a lot of solid items. Self checkout exists there now, which I guess is cool? Don’t know if that’s really necessary. Lots and lots of books, dvds, cutlery and dinning needs, clothing etc. Very good quality. Go check it out, you might find something ya gotta have!"
"Greedy beyond belief. Beyond overpriced for damaged items. Doesn't test for power and doesn't allow for exchange on electronics. Self checkouts are insulting and ruin the experience of retail shopping. Alot of people shop in person only for the experience of human interaction. Some employees even management can be very rude to customers. Goodwill is everything Savers wishes it was. There is so many second hand stores in buffalo. Do not go here. I recommend Amvets, Buffalo Mission, Goodwill, Salvation army and Pluto's closet if you're looking for a more selected inventory."
"prices are ridiculous. they acquire EVERY SINGLE ITEM for FREE. $60 for a Sabres jacket, $50 for a vintage Giants crewneck…they’re even worse than resellers!"
"Everything in its proper place and marked! Today was purple tag day and I found 2 beautiful quilts, some sheets for our cabin and everyone was nice and helpful. Daughter found a new umbrella stand. I even bought a Vietnam belt buckle and a couple pins for my husband."
"NO DRESSING ROOM in the Blasdell one!!! I shopped for quite awhile and had several things to try on, and then...NOWHERE TO TRY IT ON. I couldn't believe it...employee confirmed it. It all went back to the rack...too risky with the high prices not to be able to try stuff on. Also, prices are way too high for most items...and one more thing, I was looking at two different sheet sets. I thought I finally found something good...nope both fitted sheets in each respective set was stained. Nasty. I love thrift stores but 1 no dressing room 2 high prices 3 stained items...that is 3 strikes...there are better places to shop."
