"Literally the best used appliance shop in all of Buffalo. Want to support small businesses and buy appliances that will out last your life compared to the new ones that you can’t even fix? Then this is your place! Plus, the customer service is amazing and he values great customers and will go out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. He’s the type of business owner that cares about the quality of his products and that his customers are satisfied. Don’t try to pull a fast one on him though, he will go out of his way for good, genuine customers but has no reason to put up with scammers (which personally makes me, as a satisfied customer, want to support his business even more). I will definitely be sending anyone his way who is in the market for great, used appliances!"
"I visited 3 different used stores I entered Duda appliances store and immediately felt like a valued customer. Good customer service is phenomenal!!! Prices are even better, owner takes pride in his product he sells. I purchased washer and dryer, ran into more the a couple issue on my behalf. He held my items for me, offered to help load my truck to help me save money on delivery. Then I got my appliances home to find out I have wrong outlet/hookup. Owner came out to my house very next neat to do hand work and her me all squared away. I tried to force a tip for his service and he didn’t accepted it! Definitely recommend this small family owned business!"
"The owner came out to fix my dryer that I thought was broken, only to find out that the gas valve was shut off (probably by one of my kids smh) he did not charge me a cent! He could've said he fixed it and charged me full price and I would have paid him not knowing anything about anything but he was very honest and did not judge us at all!! I bought my washer and dryer from him 4 plus years ago and it's still working!!! Thank you so much for everything as a family of 11 money can sometimes be short and with your honesty and kindness we are so grateful and will definitely get our next appliance from you always ❤️❤️❤️"
