"Great location off interstate. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. I didn't stay to eat, but they said they also offered a grab and go breakfast bar. For the price, you really can't beat this place, and you avoid some of the heavier inner city Knoxville traffic."

"I wish the beds were more comfortable than the floor. These beds are literally like a thin blanket sitting on springs. It is by far the least comfortable bed you could sleep on. We had to but two mattress toppers on the bed just to get it to be tolerable. Definitely not the way you want to be on a vacation in back pain."

"Ended up needing to stay a couple of nights because my truck broke down & had to get a transmission shipped in. Found this hotel online. Facility was clean, for the most part; my king room was very, very clean...no insects/bugs, clean linen & towels, etc. Metal framed bed looks low-budget & uncomfortable, but was surprisingly comfortable. Room desperately needs an in-room microwave, as you have to go to the first floor to access one, if needed. Overall, great value for the money. Would gladly stay again."

"AC was out on the first room, but was moved to a second room that was a little bit better. Room was basic, with metal bed frame, no refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot. I wouldn't stay here again, especially since the cost was around the same cost as much better facilities. The only plus was the Cracker Barrel on site."

"My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. The rooms were clean, and I didn't see any bugs. The staff is very friendly, Courtney at the front desk is super polite, and personable. I looked forward to her smiling face every morning! Whenever we are back in this area, I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I didn't love was no closet space, but it honestly wasn't a deal breaker. The kids loved the pool! The deepest part is 5 ft, so they were able to enjoy themselves."
