"More then once I have had a very unpleasant experience shopping here. Recently I was looking for a handbag to buy my sister and decided to check out Gucci. I found the “personal shopper” to be rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. While browsing and feeling the leather of a bag she was on top of me like a hawk, and said if I wanted to see something I would have to let her know. She made me feel as if she was anticipating me to shoplift. I decided I was not going to give them my business. I went to Louis Vuitton and YSL where I found the employees to be courteous and helpful. I ended up purchasing a LV clutch and have decided if I want to shop at Gucci again it will not be at this location. I truly hope their employees are more polite elsewhere."

"The worst service I have ever experienced. If I could give less then one star- I would! Staff is nasty and have attitude to everyone until they see that a customer actually wants to purchase something. I came there for a repair, once I received a phone call to pick up my item ( that couldn’t be fixed) I drove for an hour and a half the next day. Upon my arrival the item was nowhere to be found, few minutes later two men came in to purchase a beg and I was forgotten about. I asked to call me once they will find it. Half an hour later, still no phone call, I came back to see that stuff is still working on two men, even though I was there much earlier. At the end I had to demand for my item to be shipped to me, which they did. I have waisted over 3 hours for nothing, and felt like I don’t even deserve good service in Gucci."

"Don’t waste your time going here. Went to buy a belt and they didn’t even give me the right size, didn’t give me a Gucci box for it “because they had none” so I went back the next day to return it and go to Manhasset. The next day they told me they “had a new box” but I just returned it and went to the other store because this one is a joke. Ended up getting a different belt and was a complete size smaller than they said!"
