"Consumers beware. I went to this location and purchased a few items including some popcorn. When I saw that the price on the item was higher than the price o shown on the shelf, I mentioned the difference to the cashier/manager and she told me that she could not override the price and the other cashier said they were “exempt”. I found that odd because ALL retailer must honor the shelf/sticker or advertised price not the scanner pricing. I tried to explain this to the cashier/manager, to no avail. I called the Erie County Weights and Measures office. I was informed that Family Dollar is exempt from the “Super Refund” but not from honoring listed prices. I went back to this location to pick up a few things and I mentioned the difference that I was expecting to be refunded. The cashier/manager was the same and she didn’t know anything about it. So, l waited for the other manager to return. She was aware of the issue but still insisted that Family Dollar is exempt from honoring the prices on the shelves. The store is NOT exempt from honoring prices on shelf/stickers/advertisements."

"The cashier steals from customers when you load your debit card. Also the store is unorganized, shelves are always empty, employees are ratchet they just be standing around gossiping."
"This place is extremely ghetto and unprofessional. They don’t care for they customers or workers, former cashier Im close with got fired wrongfully and Pete and Jen did absolutely nothing for him even despite him working for the company faithfully for over 3 years and him being just about the only cashier every customer that comes into the store actually likes. They accuse everyone that comes in of stealing, they’re very rude, store is always dirty and overall workers have poor customer service skills."
