"When I made a purchase and asked about the return policy, I was told i can return in 30 days but not told there was no money back. Beause of 30 days return policy, I did not try anything on and thought to try them on later at home becasue the store was going to close in 5 mins. When I took the cothes back to return, I was told there was no money back but store credit only. I have purchase so many clothes stores since 15 years in the US, even small boutique have 7 days money back policy. The store clothes horse make me so frustrated. I spend lots of money to shop clothes every years, but I will not become a regular customer in clothes horse. And I am very unhappy at the first purchase experience in Clothes Horse."

"My daughter had a $100 gift card that she received from her employer in 2018. Unfortunately she never got to use it because she was relocated out of state. While home for Christmas she decided to finally use the gift card. After browsing around the store and selecting and trying on several items her gift card was refused when she went to pay. Even though my daughter had back up documentation of the gift card purchase, apparently the card had an expiration that my daughter was unaware of. We left the store without purchasing the items. It bothered us that the store kept the gift card and receipt."
