She was very racist towards me, refusing to help with a product and constantly belittled me in front of other customers. The other sales associate were just as rude pretending to ignore the situation. I finally had to call customer service while in the store to file a complaint against their behavior. I hope the company or store manager takes some disciplinary action because this should never happen again in the future. The staff’s behavior was disgusting and unacceptable."
