"First time there today and we will be back. They sell by the pound which is great! Brisket and Turkey were very good! Definitely try it."
"Been seeing this place on Facebook for a while and having off from work this week finally got the chance to check them out. Got there around noon and grabbed a small sample platter. The sausage, turkey, and ribs all were very good. The brisket and pulled pork however were not my favorite and some of the food didn't seem to be very fresh almost like they were leftover from the day before. What really brought me in was the loganberry burnt ends. Well they open at 11 and I found out they only do them on Wednesdays but after only 45 minutes of being open they were already sold out? Disappointed and had high hopes for this place. Not sure when or if I'd be able to make it back."
"I've been reading about this place for months and wanted to get here, AND IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! All of it was delicious, the smell when you first opened the door had us drooling from the get go! If you want a good BBQ, come here!!! Definitely will come back!!"
"First timer and definitely not a last timer! If you haven't found this little gem, I highly recommend taking a drive. We went with the small sampler platter..enough for 2. There are 3 sauces...original Yankee, Sweet Yankee and Loganberry Yankee (perfect on the smoked turkey). Hot links were quite spicy but full of flavor. Kudos to the staff for being helpful, patient and gracious in how to order. We actually used the bread as our plate! Do not expect a fancy atmosphere...what it lacks in appearance makes up for it in the bbq. Definitely coming back on a Wednesday for the burnt ends!!!"
"Omg the best bbq I have ever tasted Better than Rudy's in texas. The taste of this bbq is like home taste. I love it we dont have alot of bbq good places in san Diego California. I finally find a good bbq. I love."
