"rita at customer service was too busy on her phone to notice i was standing right in front of her. customer service was closed all day at the McKinley location so take what you can get i guess."
"Workers are treated like servants by the customers as precedence set by the store itself. For example, customers don't bag or move their items into their carts; the cashier is expected to do all of it which injures their backs. What do these people do when they go to Target or Walmart or everywhere else you have to bag your own items and place them into your own cart like a capable adult? This practice of expecting the cashier to do everything actually slows down lines and causes injury, but management only cares about the customer and not their employees. Customers are incredibly rude to workers in degrading ways, treating them like servants instead of people of their community. Turnover is high because of poor treatment, low wages, and hours cut. I will not shop at a store that treats their employees so callously."
"This is one of the nicer Tops in the area. Their produce is usually great, they've got a wider variety of products, and you can always find a good deal."

"Clean store, and great selection. I have been shopping at this store for years. It is constantly updated, and the staff is friendly. We are not the biggest fan of Tops self checkout, though. seems buggy with orders over 2 items, but we will not give up and keep at it. The man monitoring it helped us every time we needed it (plenty)"
