"went through the drive-thru where i ordered 2 coffees and the worker confirmed our order twice. when we got to the window, they only gave me one coffee and rushed me to pull out before i could attempt to question it. the worker at the window also didn’t state the price before taking my card, nor did she offer me a receipt, so i have no clue if i paid for one coffee, or if i paid for two coffees, one of which i didn’t receive."
"2 tea . triple , triple with splenda and a dome lid . get home ... not quite tea , not quite coffee . kinda obvious somebody got lazy and didn't want to brew another pot and cut it with some coffee . 7 dollars for something I don't want . ... and maybe fix the menu/order sign so people can know what they ordered is what you put in . it's been broke a long time . there are many tim's in this area . think about it , owners ."
"Awesome atmosphere and service! I got there this morning to get breakfast and a coffee. Just started a new job out that way and I’m super glad I found this Tim Hortons. From the start I was welcomed and the girl taking my order was so nice and professional. I believe her name was angela. Thanks to her you have a returning customer. And trust me I have been to many other Tim Hortons and I finally found one that was great from the start to the finish."
"So I ordered just a medium coffee I wait and I wait through the drive-thru the worker appears in the window with my coffee in an iced coffee for the girl behind me I could have had my coffee at least a minute and a half sooner which makes it that much less hot I mentioned it to the girl and she was kind enough to apologize but this needs to be taught give a coffee drinker their coffee first the car behind me can get their order made when they pull up to the window. This can be fixed"
"Shakira is Amazing. Went through the drive thru and i got a starry eye (Red Bull Mix), she saw that my drink looked REALLY off, took it back before they could hand it to me and made sure they fixed it and watched them do it right. 10/10 service from Shakira. I appreciate the effort in the customer service she displayed."
