McDonald's

"We waited for 15 minutes for a coffee. The server told us not to be mislead by the cool outside of the cup ‘it’s good and hot inside’ We drive away. The coffee is cold and black. I ordered hot with cream/sugar. Had to throw it out. What a huge waste of time and $"

"It's a shame that I have to live near one of the worst McDonald's in existence! I usually go out of my way to a different McDonald's just to avoid this one, but every once in a while I'll try it and hope for a positive change that never comes. I love McDonald's mango pineapple smoothies and mocha frappé - but their machine to make these is always down. I've asked why and they tell me that they had to fire the maintenance worker who takes care of these machines. Well it's been months!! How hard is it to get another maintenance worker???? - All the other McDonald's have them???!!!! Also I can't understand how one time I can get a breakfast burrito and it tastes great, then the next 3 times they are disgusting! They will either be cold in the middle or the eggs have a terrible powdery taste and a weird crumbly consistency. I won't even attempt to get a burger here because the rolls always taste hard and stale. If the owner of this McDonald's reads this I hope you will take some pride in your business and make some positive changes - especially in how the food goes out. UPDATE 1/13/24: Figured I'd try again to get a Frappe........ and guess what.......... MACHINE IS DOWN!!!! THIS PLACE IS PATHETIC!!!!!!!"

"Staff is super relaxed and is not in a rush to serve anyone. Takes forever to get your order. Men washroom is a mess. Out of napkins in a dispenser. I was given my order and then had to wait another 10 minutes just to get my ice cream. Nobody knows what customer service is at this location. A shame for this franchise."

"My expectations were pretty low since I went there really late. We waited in line for 45 minutes. I wouldn't be so mad but to wait that long for cold fries and chicken sandwiches that had not one drop of mayo was so disappointing. The clerk was overwhelmed as well. From my vantage point they were under staffed and lacked any management."

"Was passing through on a road trip, went through the drive thru here for lunch; I’m so glad we did! We had to wait an extra 5 minutes for our food to be ready and for that the staff threw in some extra free food as a thank you for waiting. Amazing! Plus, all the food was hot and cooked well for a McDonald’s. I was honestly impressed by the quality and customer service and would recommend this McDonald’s!"
