"Ordered a doughnut and a blueberry bagel toasted with Cream Cheese. As the gentleman handed me my bagel I confirmed with him.. Blueberry bagel, his reply was yep. Delivered said bagel to discover it was a sesame bagel!!! I've in the past ordered a chocolate chip muffin and been given a blueberry muffin. Very disgusted with the level of service these days!!! Where are the corporate standards? Where is the accountability.?"

"I try to only go to this Tim Hortons. I am someone with allergies and that comes with many worries so I always ask them not to stir my coffee and serve my Splenda on the side. Not only do they do it right but they don’t make me feel annoying. They have always treated me with so much kindness and even draw smiley faces and stars on my coffee! They go the extra mile and I appreciate them every day for it! They do it right here. Kind humans are my favorite!"
"Great place that's open 24x7. Coming for a late night coffee in a quiet place like Hamburg is simply wonderful! Staff polite and courteous as usual. Probably had the best Ice Capp Supreme Oreo here as compared to other Tim's places"
