"Just got a shamrock shake and it tastes horrible! It's not mixed at all, and it is just mint syrup. I have always had bad experiences at this location, but this is by far the worse. I don't go there anymore, but my daughter did. I highly recommend don't go to this location!!!!"
"I was the only car in the drive-thru and not many cars in the parking lot either, but it took at least 4 minutes of sitting at the window for anyone to come over at all. First thought was that was food would be really fresh but all fries and chicken nuggets were cold. Shame on them. Also disappointed because apparently lemonade is no longer a drink option."
"I don’t come to this one often because it’s always disappointing. Today was the worst ever. Fries were so old they weren’t edible and the nuggets were terrible. Over crispy and dried out. It’s worth the drive to go to the Blasdell location, they actually make fresh food."
"this is ridiculous, i waited over 62 minutes in the drive thru line for food because i already ordered on the mobile app and there is no way to cancel my order with the new system… ridiculous, but the new system doesn’t allow changes or cancellations. I was ready to call the police to make sure they were alive in there as it was 11:40 at night… surprisingly they answered the phone on the first ring- which makes me think they were not really working! if you don’t have enough workers just CLOSE! don’t make people wait, fix the app so people can cancel there orders!"
"Do not go to this location. Drive the extra 10 minutes to another location. They are out of everything and have missed items in my order multiple times. The service takes forever and I truly don’t know why. They aren’t short staffed because they have plenty of people walking around in there."
