"4 bucks for water ran thru some shredded leaves with creamer , splenda , and caramel syrup . no splenda , no caramel . try harder . you menu is too limited to be this bad at it ."

"Went here to grab a dozen donuts and 2 Take-12's for a friends request. This threw them a curve ball during such a busy time. I was willing to be patient, and most of the crew was really trying their best to keep up; the lady at the counter though really showed her frustration at how busy it was and dragged the team down some. Cheri and her crew in the back were awesome and persevered on through. The store was clean. The dining room is one of the smaller ones I have seen. The coffee is good. Donuts are what you expect from here."

"I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel like people in my shoes deserve to know. This is the second time I'm reviewing a Tim's here because the employees have been really rude to us. We actually started going to this one because the employees at the one closest to home are just horrible to talk to. There's an older gal that takes orders in the drive thru. She's shorter with short gray hair and a dreadful attitude. It seems to be a theme that Tim's employees are okay with cutting you off, huffing at you, and talking over you. It's not a good look if nothing else. I gave a 3 star because they didn't mess up our order this time AND the gentleman who handed out our food was an absolute gem of a human. Smiled and spoke kindly to us and just helped a lot. I have no idea how he works with the gal running the drive but he deserves better. Just about ready to give up on Tim's altogether."
